Meet Joel Tagliaferri
Joel Tagliaferri began his color journey in 2008 at the underground salon Les Garçons De La Rue in Milan. Through collaborations with artists, photographers, and fashion experts, he developed a holistic approach to color as a tool for complete aesthetic transformation.

He studied Fashion and Costume History at NABA in Milan and co-founded Encadrer – an innovative salon that merged hairdressing with photography. Throughout his career, he has served as an educator for major companies, creating training programs focused on the most demanding coloring techniques.

Today, as Global Color Ambassador of Professional by Fama, he works closely with product development and marketing teams, promoting sustainable products like Bulbs and Roots, and educates hair professionals around the world.
